三、申请资格
1.上海合作组织法律大学联盟成员单位在校学生或在职人员，身心健康。
2.年龄、学历、语言要求：
●申请该项目者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过40周岁，
●熟练使用英语，
●申请人应当同时符合所申请学校在学术能力、语言能力及其它相关方面的入学要求。

四、报名流程
1.登录“上海政法学院国际学生申请系统”并按照下列流程操作：
（1）登录http://admission.shupl.edu.cn/studentLogin；申请类别请选择“尚合青年”高水平研修生项目
（2）填写并在线提交申请信息；
2.我校组织对学生申请材料进行审核，经审核通过的申请人我校将发放正式录取通知书和签证申请表（JW201或JW202）。
3.申请人持正式录取通知书和签证申请表（JW201或JW202）至所在国使（领）馆办理来华签证手续，并按规定时间来校办理报到手续。

III. Eligibility
1. Current students or working professionals from member institutions of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Law Universities Alliance, with good health conditions.
2. Age, educational background, and language capability requirements:
o Applicants for this program should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, excellent academic performance, and be under the age of 40.
o Applicants should be proficient in English.
o Applicants should meet the admission requirements of the university they are applying to in terms of academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant aspects.

IV. Application Process
1. Log in to the “Online Application System for International Student of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law” and follow the steps below:
o Log in to http://admission.shupl.edu.cn/studentLogin; select “Shanghe Youth” Advanced Trainee Program in the application category.
o Fill in and submit the application information online.
2. Shanghai University of Political Science and Law will review the applicant’s materials. Applicants who pass the review will receive a formal letter of admission and visa application form (JW201 or JW202).
3. Applicants must present the formal letter of admission and visa application form (JW201 or JW202) to the relevant embassy or consulate in their country to apply for a visa to come to China, and come to the university to complete the registration procedures at the prescribed time.
