On September 14th The Shanghai University of political science and law invited all international students to attend a party dedicated to Eid and Mid-Autumn Festival, which is one of the most important annual festivals for China. It is when people gather together to celebrate the day when moon is at its fullest.
Organized with a great effort of SHUPL teachers the atmosphere at a party created a favorable environment for the invited ones to feel themselves comfortable and delighted. Additionally, music, lights and balloons added joyous elements to the party.
The event encompassed three different parts: First - official greetings to students, second – feast, and the last part was different kind of music for dance and fun. Students as well as teachers greatly enjoyed themselves.
The party gave new students an opportunity to meet new faces, teachers, students and make friends with them. Although students were from different countries, they could find themselves feeling like in a big warm family. In the future all of them may lead different paths, however yesterday as well as today all of them are together at SHUPL!
