Relevant Certificates & Documents

Suggest keeping 2 copies of important documents. At thesame time, also suggest the students before going abroad, totranslate relevant documents such as medical prescriptions into Chinese.

The following is documents list, please remember tobring them when you come to school:

• Valid passport and visa

• Admission letter (original)

• Visa application form for study in China (JW201 orJW202) (original)

• Tuition fee

• White 2 inch photos (at least 3 copies)

• Physical examination and blood tests or reports (English original) 

• Notarized highest diploma (original & photocopy)

• Academic transcripts (original & photocopy)

• Guarantee letter of financial support or personal bank statement

• Certificate of no criminal record

• Photocopy of HSK4 or above Certificate

• Letters of recommendation 

• Study or research plan in China 

• Families, passport, visa, marriage certificate and birth certificate 

The following is recommended that you carry personalfiles 

•  Learning certificate（leaving school certificate）

• CV
