International Student Speech Contest "New Era - Chinese Dream - My Story" was held

On the afternoon of March 27th, the New Era - Chinese Dream - My Story Chinese Speech Contest for International Students was held in classroom 209 of Youfu Building, with the participation of international students from many countries.

As the first speaker, Vietnamese international student Chen Mingxin shared her own journey from interest to responsibility in learning Chinese language, under the theme of One Belt, One Road, and let the audience feel the trend of learning Chinese language gradually forming a boom under the influence of One Belt, One Road strategy.

Ai Guanghui from Madagascar speaks volumes about her love and gratitude for China and expresses his desire to become a China expert.

Afterwards, international students from Ghana, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan and other countries shared their love affair and stories with China through humorous or rigorous speeches, and expressed their eagerness to study seriously in China and strive to become a link between China and their homeland.

After a fierce competition, Ai Guanghui from Madagascar won the first place in the speech contest, Chen Minxin from Vietnam won the second place, Meng Lu from Kyrgyzstan won the third place, and Qiqige from Mongolia and Sa La from Ghana won the Best performance and Best Voice awards in the speech contest, respectively.

The New Era - Chinese Dream - My Story International Student Speech Contest provided an opportunity for international students to showcase themselves, fully demonstrate their solid Chinese language skills, show their personal style and unique views on the Chinese Dream, effectively enhance their understanding of China and the Chinese Dream, and serve as a good platform to promote international students' learning and exchange between Chinese and foreign students.
