Passport loss and Reissue
After the students found and confirmed the loss of passport, must immediately follow the procedures to deal with, and strive to minimize the loss.
Students need to be the first time to make a statement to the office of foreign students;
Students have a valid ID card to the police station to report the loss, and receive a certificate of loss;
To the international student office to receive relevant certification letter;
Go to the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau exit Entry Administration issued a certificate of loss of passport with the certificate of loss of passport issued by the police station and the letter of reference issued by international student office.
Go to the Embassy of China to apply for a new passport with the passport lost certificate ;
With a new passport, students must first apply to the international student office within 7 days of obtaining a passport, and then went to Shanghai City Public Security Bureau for the visa or residence certificates formalities, and timely check the update;
