(1)Students who are currently in China: Yongfu Building 208.
(2)Students who are currently abroad: online
The registration documents for freshmen in China
(1)valid passport; (2)admission letter; (3)the highest degree certificate; (4)the highest degree transcript; (5)physical examination record for foreigners; (6)certificate of leaving school; (7)form 201/202; (8)HSK certificate(HSK4 for undergraduate; HSK5 for postgraduate; No requirement for language student); (9)identification photo in electronic version; (10)500 Yuan accommodation pledge(in cash)
Process
(1)For students who are currently in China
The procedures for registration
Check your valid passport, visa documents etc.
Claim your student number, the schedule on arrangements for freshmen, handbook etc.
Pay for your tuition fee, accommodation, insurance.
Transact your insurance procedures.
Provide a medical examination report. If you do not have a medical examination, please make an online appointment as soon as possible.
Pay attention to the update notices after registration and join in the language test for class division.

Sign the accommodation agreement
Pay 500 Yuan in cash for the pledge
Take photos
Claim your room key by <Accommodation registration form> and check in
(2)For students who are currently abroad
Login in the international students management system of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, here is the website http://198.11.177.140
（Note：the original user name is your passport number and the password is 123456.）
Check your valid passport, admission letter etc.
Claim your student number for freshmen, schedule and handbook etc.
Transfer your tuition fee according to your admission letter, upload your payment receipt. Please remark your money by your name+tuition ,eg.Alice+tuition***
Upload your identification photo in electronic version
Submit your documents online
Pay attention to the update notices after registration and join in the language test for class division.

（3）For Chinese Government Scholarship student
You also have to register on CSC website https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login, and your username is your CSC number(If you have forgotten it, you could get it by your admission letter), the password is that you applied for CSC on CSC website, and if you forget it, you could reset your password by the email that when you applied for the CSC.
2. Thephysical examination appointment
For the freshmen in China, please make an appointment before registration, and provide a physical examination report at the time of registration. The physical examination fee is about 500 yuan.

3.Payment
(1)The fees: the fees bill includes tuition fee, accommodation fee and insurance premium. Please refer to the admission notice for details. Please note the payment in the form of name + tuition fee + accommodation fee + insurance premium, such as "Alice + Tuition fee 16000+ accommodation fee 18000+ insurance fee 1000", and keep the payment voucher properly for reference.

4.Residence Permit for freshmen in China
For the students who are in China right now, you need to extend your visa with your admission letter, JW201/202, temporary residence registration form, medical report, passport and visa application for to the immigration office after registration.
5.Addition
If you cannot do registration on scheduled time, please submit a written statement to International Students Office within one week to registration.
Students who are in China coming to school for registration should show health QR code, a valid negative report on nucleic acid test within 2 days, past 14 days journey on wechat, admission letter, then you are allowed to enter in the school.
