申请来上海政法学院接受本科、硕士教育的优秀外国留学生.

The candidates can be excellent international students applying for bachelors’ or masters’ degree at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.

申请资格

Eligibility

1) 申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2) 学历要求

来华攻读学士学位者，具有相当于中国高中毕业学历，年龄不超过30周岁；

来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；

3) 申请人获得中国政府或其他组织奖励资助的，不能再申请上海市外国留学生政府奖学金。

1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.

2) Education background and age limit:

 Applicants for bachelor’s degree program must have high school diploma and be under 30.

 Applicants for master’s degree program must have bachelor’s degree and be under 35.

3) Applicants cannot be the holders of any other kinds of Chinese government scholarship.

奖学金类别

Scholarship Categories

1. 奖学金分为A类和B类。
 2. 涵盖内容
  A类：包含学费、住宿费、生活费、综合医疗保险费；
  B类：包含学费、综合医疗保险费。

 3. 标准（单位：人民币元/人/年）

注： 1. 一类包括：哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、管理学；二类包括：理学、工学、农学；三类包括：医学、艺术学。
 2. 需要接受预科教育的留学生按照其留学身份享受相应的生活补助标准，教   学补助标准按照本科一类标准向上海市预科学院拨付。

1. The scholarship divides into two categories:

A: Tuition fees, hostel fees, living allowances, and overall medical insurance.

B: Tuition fees and overall medical insurance.

Notice：

1. Level I includes philosophy, economics, law, pedagogy, literature, history and management; Level II includes science, engineering and agriculture; and the Level III includes medicine and art.

2. Foreign students who need to receive preparatory education shall enjoy the corresponding living allowance standard according to their overseas study status, and the teaching allowance standard shall be allocated to shanghai preparatory academies in accordance with the undergraduate Level I.

1.访问我校国际学生招生页面：www.shupl.at0086.cn/Login.aspx进行网上申请，并付报名费。

2. 访问上海市政府奖学金网站http://study.shmec.gov.cn进行网上申请并打印所有材料。

3. 将申请材料复印件邮寄至以下地址（一式两份）：

2. Visit Shanghai Government Scholarship website http://study.shmec.gov.cn for online application and print papers as required as follows.

申请材料

APPLICATION MATERIALS

1.《上海市政府奖学金申请表》，请在http://study.shmec.gov.cn/注册并提交申请，将自动生成的申请表下载后打印出来。

2. 最高学历证书；

申请人如果为在校应届毕业生，需提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明和预期毕业证明（获得证书后需补交）。非中、英文本需附经公证的中文或英文翻译件；       

3. 学习成绩单；非中、英文本需附上经公证的中文或英文翻译件；       

4. 来华学习研究计划（不少于800字，仅限硕士生），用中文或英文书写；        

5. 语言要求：所有申请者须提供HSK4级或以上证书；

6. 两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写（仅限硕士生）       

7. 《外国人体格检查记录》复印件，原件请于来华时随身携带。

8. 护照个人信息页复印件（已在华学生须提供来华签证页）

1. Application Form. Applicant should register and apply online at http://study.shmec.gov.cn, download the application form and print it out

2. Highest diploma (notarized photocopy): Applicant who is university student or at work should also provide studying certificates from the university or working certificates from the company. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

3. Academic transcripts (notarized photocopy): Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

4. A study or research plan. All applicants are required to submit a study or research plan. It must be in Chinese or in English and no less than 800 words（for a master’s degree only）.

5. All applicants must hold HSK certificate with level 4 or above.

6. Recommendation letters: Applicants in pursuit of Master degree must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.

7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy).The original one must be held by the applicant when coming to China.

8. Photocopy of applicant’s passport (students already in China shall provide the Visa page to China)

* Application documents sent by email or fax are not accepted.

* Application documents will not be returned whether the applicants are admitted or not.
