2019年上海政法学院 “中国政府奖学金-高校自主招生项目”申请办法
为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国在各领域的交流与合作，中国政府设立奖学金，资助世界各国优秀学生、教师、学者到中国的大学学习或开展研究,该项目用于中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华学习。申请该项目的学生需直接向高校申请。
Chinese University Program is a full scholarship for designated Chinese universities and certain provincial education offices in specific provinces or autonomous regions to recruit outstanding international students for graduate studies in China.

Type B provides a full scholarship, which covers tuition waiver, accommodation, stipend, and comprehensive medical insurance. Please refer to Introduction to CSC—Coverage and Standard for details of each item:

1. 非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2. 学历和年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有本科士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
1. Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.
2. The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must: be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for the master’s programs;
1. 登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入）填写申请信息，请务必仔细阅读“操作流程”后开始填写，选择申请类别B类，上海政法学院“受理机构编号”为11835；
2. 准备好所有申请材料发送电子版至Admission@shupl.edu.cn邮箱（根据申请材料名称命名单个文件并打包，再以“国籍+护照姓名”命名）。同时，所有申请材料按指定顺序装订成册（一式两份）快递邮寄至上海政法学院国际交流学院（留学生办公室）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还；
3. 收到材料后，上海政法学院负责审核申请材料、确定录取人选。拟录取人选经国家留学基金委审核合格，即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习；
4. 上海政法学院将于2019年7月底之前将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201表）寄给学生本人。
1. Complete the online application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students (Visit http://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn and click “Create an account” to log in), submit online the completed Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship and print a hard copy. You should choose Type B and our Agency Number is 11835.
2. Prepare all the application documents (see “VI” for details) and submit to SHUPL. Bind up the application documents in required order and send two sets by post or express. Meanwhile, you should send E-copy of these documents (name the individual file, package all of them, name as “nationality + passport name”) to the following email address: Admission@shupl.edu.cn. No matter whether accepted or not the above materials will not be returned.
3. SHUPL reviews the application documents, and decides the nominated candidates. Nominated candidates will get Chinese Government Scholarships to study in China with the approval of CSC.
4. SISU will issue an Admission letter,Visa Application Form for Study in China（JW201 form）by the end of July 2019
1. 在线填写并下载打印的《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）；
2. 《上海政法学院外国留学生入学申请表》（附件1），须粘贴护照照片；
3. 最高学历证明复印件。如申请人为在校学生，须提交学校出具的在学证明或预计毕业证明。中英文以外文本须附提交经公证的中文或英文的翻译件原件；
4. 最高学历就读期间的学习成绩单复印件。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件原件；
5. 来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字，）；
6. 已获得HSK等级证书的提供证书复印件(如有)；
7.《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua下载，用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
8. 推荐信原件。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
9. 护照复印件。
10.报名费汇款凭证复印件。
1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (written in Chinese or English);
2. Application Form for International Student (Degree program), (annex 1). Passport photo should be attached to the Form.
3. Highest diploma; Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. Academic transcripts for highest education (written in Chinese or English); Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English, 800 words minimum).
6. Copy of valid HSK (if applicable).
7. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) (written in English, can be downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org); The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
8. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English); Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by a professor or an associate professor.
9. Copy of Passport.
10. Copy of the voucher of remittance of the Application Fee.

1. 每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助，对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，国家留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；
2. 奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校、学习专业及学习期限；
3. 不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留；
4. 请勿在提交的申请材料中夹带现金；
5. 为保证学校随时与申请者保持联系，请在申请表中填写有效的电子邮件地址。
1. CSC reserves the rights to decide the host university for scholarship recipients with multiple offers. Each scholarship recipient—even when admitted by multiple universities—will be granted no more than one scholarship.
2. Scholarship recipients shall not change their host university, field of study, or duration of study unless they give up the grant.
3. Scholarship will not be reserved if scholarship recipient cannot register before the registration deadline.
4. Please be advised not to enclose any cash in your mail.
